Palenque

The second day we went to Palenque which was by far my favorite place that I have been here in Mexico. Palenque is the sight of an ancient Mayan city that has several temples and other buildings scattered throughout a mountainous jungle. The ruins looked like they were straight out of the Book of Mormon and were really a sight to behold. Here´s a bunch of pictures from Palenque.
